3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

• Motion (Werbel/Pillsbury) to approve the agenda. The motion carried.

4. COMMENTS/QUESTIONS

There were no members of the general public present.

5. SCHOOL ANNUAL $750,000 BOND ISSUE

• Motion (Werbel/Lane) to recommend to City Council to authorize and direct the chief administrative officer to pledge the credit of the city by issuing negotiable orders, warrants, notes or bonds in an amount not to exceed in the aggregate seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) for the 2007 fiscal year for school capital improvements.

Jeanne explained the charter and discussion followed. Motion carried unanimously.
