Kindergarten Registration and Dovetail Registration Information

Kindergarten registration for fall, 2007 is now in progress.

Parents are requested to go to their neighborhood school to register their child for kindergarten. Children must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st. Bring your child's birth certificate and immunization record with you to the school. Registering your child early helps your school plan more effectively for their kindergarten. program

Dovetail Registration

The application process for the Dovetail program at Edmunds Elementary School for the 2007-2008 school year has been extended for students from Champlain, Flynn, Wheeler, and Smith schools until the slots are filled or until early August, 2007. In order to honor the selection guideline of "striving to include a proportional number of students from all six elementary schools", the District encourages parents for the 4 schools listed to complete an application and submit to Guy Egri, principal of the Edmunds Elementary School as soon as possible. Applications will be available at kindergarten registration at those 4 schools as well as the Edmunds Elementary School web page , or you can download the form.
