Grants Department

The Burlington School District relies on grant and foundation funds to provide basic classroom services as well as specialized services. Burlington's grant funds provide about $14 million a year, or about 30% of the Burlington School District's total funding of $47 million. Those grant funds support a range of programs and staff, from classroom teachers to the Reading is Fundamental elementary book giveaway program each year.
