Fundamentals in drawing, and color theory will be integrated in this traditional-oriented course. Students will gain confidence in composition and perspective using pencil, charcoal and ink. Practical painting techniques for still life and portraiture will be covered using watercolors and oils. No previous experience necessary. All materials will be provided.

Addressing both urban and rural subjects, students will expand their knowledge of traditional drawing techniques in pencil, charcoal and ink. Using oil colors, practical painting choices will be covered such as setting a mood, achieving compositional balances and creating atmospheric perspective. No previous experience required. 090 Learn To Knit ___________Chris Heavner_____________20 hours
Learn the basic skills of knitting -- how to knit, purl, increase, decrease and bind off -- and enjoy the camaraderie of other knitters. Upon completion of this course, participants will have made a project of their choice. All skill levels are welcome.
