Master Races Shot Put, 5 km and 1 M Entry Information
1. ENTRY DEADLINE
Race day 1 hour before the race starts. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
2. ENTRY FEE
$ 10.00 per athlete. Checks made out to BURLINGTON HIGH SCHOOL. Please bring checks to the meet. Must pay prior to participation.
3. AGE GROUPS
Men & Women 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
4. ENTRY LIMITS
Must be 19 years or older to participate and must be able to run 5 km under 25 min
5. HIP NUMBERS
Hip numbers must be worn on the left hip, centered, shirt must be tucked in
6. SPIKES
maximum 1/8 exposed"
7. ATHLETES CHECK IN FOR RUNNING EVENTS
Must report to the clerk of the meet at the time the first call is given (15 min. before event starts) at the check-in tent .
Athletes must stay in the check-in tent until they are marched to the start.
Clerk will scratch all absent athletes on the 2nd call (10 min. before event starts) and re-seed the event if necessary. Missing athletes will not be re-entered after re-seeding is done.
