MEET INFO - Athletes and Coaches please read this

1. Weight your throwing implements - 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM. Only checked and marked equipment will be permitted in competition and in warm-up throws.

2. All running events are timed finals. No semis or trials.

3. Awards - ribbons for participants placing first through six in every event.

4. All field events 4 throws/jumps no finals except HJ and PV.

5. Starting heights HIGH JUMP Girls 3’1"; Boys 4'4" POLE VAULT Girls 5’0"; Boys 7'0"

6. Meet will be run according VPA TF Rules and NFHS Rules. That includes uniform, check in/check out etc.

Snack bar will be open, T-Shirts will be sold.

ADMISSION CHARGE Please notify parents and spectators, there will be an admission charge, $3.00 - ADULTS, $2.00 - STUDENTS. Programs will also be available for $2.00.

* Coaches may enter 9th grade athletes only and one (1) relay team per relay event.

* ENTRY DEADLINE (Hy-Tek TM entries only) E-mail Pavel Dvorak before Sunday, May 18, 2008, 11:59 PM.
* Coaches must check team entries and performance list by Tuesday, May 20, 2008, 8:00 PM.
* COACHES MEETING at 2:15 PM
* SCRATCHES before 2:00 PM RIGHT AT THE TABLE NEXT TO THE FINISH BY COACHES ONLY - no paperwork needed. Just come and scratch your athlete from the event list. Please follow the time deadlines. Email scratches welcome TILL FRIDAY 5/19 11:00 AM.
* ENTRY FEES
Entry fees (not participation fees) will be $95.00 per school (both boys and girls team) or $57.00 per team. Late fees $30.00. Please make checks to Essex Student Activities and send to Diane Auger, Essex High School, 2 Educational Drive, Essex Jct., VT 05452. Please send checks in advance - do not bring to the meet.
