ATTENTION COACHES OF ATHLETES SEEDED IN THE THE TOP 10 SEEDS OF A NEW ENGLAND EVENT
We are compiling information for athlete introductions, which will occur before the fastest heat of a track event, or at the award ceremony for a field event. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE COMPILED FOR ATHLETES SEEDED IN THE TOP 10 ONLY. Please e-mail your athlete's name, event and 1 or 2 signature accomplishments in that event this year (a notable performance, a state record set, a state championship won, etc.). This goes for relay teams as well. If that athlete (or relay team) was a past state champion in that event, please advise as well. Send this information in an e-mail listing the athlete's name, school, school year, event, and 1-2 accomplishments with a subject heading of "athlete intro" to the meet announcer at dhagan@bsdvt.org |
Time Schedule, Entry Fees, Admission, Check in and other meet info.
Entry Fees: $15.00 per individual athlete, $30.00 per relay team
Make checks payable to: New England Council. Entry fees must be paid at the time of registration. The individual school whose athlete(s) is attendance must pay all expenses.
Admission: General Admission to the meet: $7.00. Program $2.00.

Directions: From southeast take I-89 N; EXIT 14W toward BURLINGTON; Stay STRAIGHT to go onto MAIN ST. for 2.2M; Turn RIGHT onto BATTERY ST 0.4M.; Must Turn LEFT onto SHERMAN ST 0.1M.; Turn RIGHT onto NORTH AVE. Drive 1.2M - Burlington HS will be on your left.

Entry Coordinator: Pavel Dvorak,  State coordinators will submit via email all of the entries using Hy-Tek Meet Manager no later than Sunday, June 6th at 6pm.

TEAM NAMES - Please make sure Team Abbrs, Full Team Names, Alt. Abbrs and Short Team Names are exactly same as listed in this standardized Hy-Tek MM NE Schools Names Database  . If a school name is not listed in this database please create a unique Team Abbr, Full Team Name, Alt Abbr and Short Team Name.

MEET EVENTS - Please make sure all meet events in your export file are exactly the same as listed in the NE Outdoor Championship Order of Events listed in the Meet Info sheet (above).

TIME CONVERSIONS - http://www.milesplit.us/calc web site will be used to convert times.
Entry Limit: No athlete may compete in more than 4 events including relays. Each state will be allowed 6 entries per event. Relay teams may enter up to 8 runners. Please list relay runners in their running order, alternates in positions 5-8. There will be no substitutions for entered athletes. |
