JV races - medals 1-5, ribbons 6-25 place, Varsity races - medals 1-10, ribbons 11-50, team trophies 1st and 2nd team

Race guidelines: all varsity races limited to 7 runners, each athlete must attach tear off bib with bar code on the front of the uniform - please do not crumble it. Coaches will decide what varsity division (large or small) their teams will enter.

Entries: Schools listed bellow will be entered automaticaly. Additional entries must be received by Monday, October 18, 2009, 8:00 AM. Questions: email to Pavel Dvorak

Entry fees: $80.00 per school or $6.00 per individual, checks to Missisquoi UHS mailed to: Dave Rousselle, A.D. MVUHS, 100 Thunderbird Drive, Swanton, VT 05488, must be paid prior to issuing school envelop.
Late fees: additional $30.00 per school, $5.00 per individual

NVAC design T-Shirts will be sold.
